Husband and wife, Jimmy and Laura, were both born and raised in NYC. They had 3 beautiful children together- Diane, Gina and Jimmy Jr.  In October 1984, they opened their first pizzeria called 'Jimmy's Pizzeria' in Staten Island, NY.  Jimmy was the pizza man and Laura was the cook.  Using their families recipes passed down for generations, the pizzeria became a very successful establishment and thrived for 13 years.  At that time, the family wanted a change of scenery and decided to relocate to booming Las Vegas, NV.  On  Laura's Birthday, August 19, 1998, the paperwork was signed and N.Y. Pizza & Pasta was officially under their ownership. To this day, it is still very much a family-run business.
